This form is for informational purposes only and to determine if the Dinner Cruise Wedding date is available for the date you require and what the pricing is for a Dinner Cruise Wedding Reception (ceremony included) aboard the Skyline Princess with the number of guests you indicated. It is not to be construed as an agreement of any kind.
(B)  If however, you are submitting this form to me in accordance with my instructions as indicated in paragraph 1 above, then a confirmation reserving the date indicated, the number of guests attending and pricing agreed upon will be sent to you via email within 48 hours.
